At the Brookland Inn our newly renovated suites cater to both short term and extended stays clientele. Prevoiusly an apartment building, all of our rooms have a living room, private bath, kitchenette with microwave mini refrigerator, business desk, flat screen TV, wireless internet access, alarm clock and air conditioning. This is a great facility that focusses on family and business travelers. One of the unique features is the having the privacy of a bedroom and the ability to either entertain your guests in the living room or even allow for a separation when travelling with children yet having them in the same quarters. In regards to pricing, we have decided to pass the savings on to our guests by lowering the costs of the suites instead of spending money on marketing for this new location. As owners, we are proud to invite our clientele to experience our beautiful neighborhood located in Brookland near the Catholic University of America, theNational Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, and the Franciscan Monastery. This location is also conviently located 1 block from the Catholic University / Brookland Metro-Rail stop on the Red Line. This places you 3 stops away from Union Station which is located on Capitol Hill and very close to the Capitol.
